Hi there everyone....
That Team Magic G4 plus K Factory (blue things) arrived at our LHS (KK Sabah, East Malaysia) 2 days ago. yesterday, i built it only halfway and i already impressed. the only thing that had me stucked is the brake pad & brake cross pin..they keep hitting each other. i'd tried 3 times still hit.

anyway...just for info, i would call it just G4 from taiwan. it has the lowest CG compares to other kit except NTC3. both the servos are under the upper deck..& check that alien spaceship tank...kewl eh?

here the reflex, we called it V1R with K factory makeup. and now G4....better just say it from Team magic of taiwan. my 5 cents

Default brake pads problem

make sure the steel pads are in the right position...look into page 15 in your manual, step1. the smaller hole has to be on top and the larger one has to be sitting on the bottom. that should solve your problem.

Default First test impression

We tested the G4 on our hometrack yesterday. Did very well for the first time : very good roll, and lots of steering. The supplied setup in the instruction manual was not the right one for our medium-bite track. Building this car took us more time than a NTC3. But for the first batch : the kit was complete, no parts missing...

Things to keep in mind when building the car, take your time for the steering servo part, space is very limited due to the very low radio plate. Also space for your receiver is very limited. Our PCM receiver which was supplied with the Futaba 3PK receiver fitted nearly (but OK).

Tomorrow we're testing at a brandnew track here. Keep you informed.

Default Re: Parts?

The parts for the G4 in any case should be cheap... Then again the distributorship goes through Trinity in the States
