one of the biggest problem of the g4 is the clutch. and now, after a long time they have build the UFO clutch and the result is, thats to expensive. i dont buy a car to spent the same price for hopup parts.

at the moment i drive a selfmade clutch from italy which looks like the serpent one and which works really really good.

so nickko, do something! if you want, that TM G4 becomes a popular race car, you need to do more for the drivers!

Really thank your guys' advices & help. Yes, we are working harder to make Team Magic items much better. That's what we should do.

In 2003, the G4 is not that good. I think it's better now in 2005. We will keep going on. Thanks.

Have good products for you is what we are doing & we need more time to do this.

2003-2005 = 2years... more time than that? 3years more? by 2008?

... just kidding...

yes the price of the UFO is way overkill... the car cant be called the "cheap and good" car anymore...

the newer parts are getting way overpriced, not as if the quality is as good as others ... imagine the next upgraded part... $100?

hi nick,
i drive the car since 2003, and i found that you have make not the car out of the box better. ok, the car is good for clubraces but. when i go to international events or country championship we driver must pay a lot of money, and spend o lot of time to make the car fast as the other factorys.
i have write so many letters to you and tm make little changes,
why we must pay extra for a clutch that shut work better then the clutch in the box, this is not the way.
also not the way is the new steering, they have so mutch play in it.

Default G4 woes

I don't want to say anything negative about RDL I have purchased parts from them and there service was fine .I just don't think they where the right choice to take over the G-4

Here we go again..............

Who would have been the right choice? You? Trinity who never stocked the parts? What exactly have they not done for you?

Default yikes

I guess I could have worded that a little better ! I have talked to Nick a while ago about the G-4 to see what I could do with it and maybe next year will see . I plan on doing changes to it this winter Also I didn't mean to imply RDL was incapable

were talking about TM and not about RDL. RDL is only a reseller and not the builder of the car.

as 4racer said, we have to put so much money into the car, to become more competitive but thats not the way.

nickko, make a new class modell.
for example, the e-class evo including ufo clutch, new steering, new belts, new brake disc and the new brakepads. and call it the r-class (r=race). make a good price and you will see more G4 drivers all over the world!
