K-Factory should make this alum rear bulkhead bracket for a more durable car.
Or at least, sell them separately with the rear bulkheads (502196)

Hi Alan, I believe all my customers who complained and also you have a lot of spare rear bulkhead

It's made by GPM Hongkong. I expect K-Factory make this as optional parts for G4 user and also I'm looking forward for better quality than GPM.

Team Magic G4 Evo
Car is roughly 5 months old, raced at club meetings and Summer Nats in Canberra last month (22nd/23rd January) only, all looks practically new apart from under belly chassis scratches but try stopping that from happening... also I noticed one front cvd is broken when I was cleaning it up.

Std K-Factory parts with car:
K1406 Front blade type anti-roll bar
K1407 Rear blade type anti-roll bar
K1408 Carbon Radio Plate
K1409 Front One-way
K1410 Push type clutch set (Centax)
K1418 Alum, hex wheel adaptor (clamp type)
K1462 front CVD Set
K1470 Alum, servo saver (Replaced with K1480 New
steering system and K1481 New steering blocks)

Parts added to car:
K1423 Light-weight Alum, One-way hub with bearing
K1424 Light-weight Alum, Two-speed housing with bearing
K1426 Alum, Radio plate support
K1427 Alum, Servo Mount
K1434 Alum, Brake leaver
K1437 Rear carbon shock tower with Alum, stiffener
K1439 Carbon side Plates
K1441 Front Upper carbon stiffener
K1443 Light-weight Vent brake disk
K1466 Hardened rear lower hinge pins
K1471 Carbon brake bracket with tensioner
K1474 Alum, middle mount
K1480 New steering system
K1481 Hard composite steering block (More Steering)

All G4 parts replaced by K-Factory gear I will send as spares, original belts are still new as I have the low friction K-Factory ones installed from new.

The only part on the car I want to keep that is in the pictures is Alum, lower spring cups (K1467).

New better Pictures:
Pic 1Pic 2Pic 3Pic 4Pic 5Pic 6Pic 7Pic 8Pic 9Pic 10 Pic 11Pic 12Pic 13Pic 14Pic 15Pic 16Pic 17

I would like $400 - 450AUD buyer to pay postage.

PM or Email me if interested make an offer even, was going to put it on evil bay, but thought I would try here first, someone here might appreciate it more.

I believe you can't use them with digital servo.Anyway I using futaba unit using hitec 945 servo. But Q-world micro unit failsafe should work best in G4 compact environment.

Zizu... The gear material is different then the stock spur gear material... I've stripped gears also, what you'll have to do is make sure that your transmission is not engaging to late. If it is and when 2nd gear jumps in, it'll be to much of a hit and your gears will strip. Loosen up your transmission so that your shift point will be a little earlier. The Gears are alittle bit smaller then stock and you'll have to use the new 2nd gear housing that comes with set. When the shift point is set correctly, you'll be in 2nd a tab bit earilier then what you would have been if you didn't switch from the stock gears, but your speed will not suffer at all and you'll be in top gear longer... Thus more speed. Now I don't know what kind of track you're racing on as you just may need to switch to the new clutch gears that comes with the S-class gears if more bottom end is what you're looking for. If top end speed is what you're looking for, adjust your shift point, check your gear mesh and you shouldn't loose your gears so soon. TM and RD Logics, with that said, should look into making the S-class gear out of the same material as stock and also make the new steering blocks for added steering out of the same material as stock... That's for another thread... You all know how long I've had the car, with all the help I've given to TM and the reader here... I still support the car, TM and RD-Logics 100% in more ways then one...

Zizu, Good luck

RC_Alan
