I'm using this new steering block(#K1481) with the new steering system. I can tell you the steering is HUGE. Don't need to modify the bulkheads or shortening the wheelbase .

Just one more thing !
All the G4 runners at my club ( 8 (myself included)) have our receivers monted on the front of the car .
Place receiver in a balloon ( to protect against fuel spills ) and cable tie it to a carbon front stiffener with the 5th body post removed.
This keeps it away from the engine and out of harms way. No sideswipe is big enough to get anywhere near it.
The rubber absorbs vibrations very well although a peice of foam in the balloon improves this if you wish.
With a re- useable cable tie , removal is a breeze with no more sticky tape residues on your carbon.
We have had 0 problems with this setup.
Give it a whirl !

The wiring looks a wee bit complex.

Did you test them with the inner or outer link holes used?

Guys, I will have my G4 for sale in the next couple days. Car is an E class with a MTX 3 style center crank steering mod w/ Xray hardware, 3 racing handle, 3 racing front universals, K factory tank, updated chassis, and 26t pinion. Other than that it is box stock. I have some parts here and there for it. Car finished 4th overall in the mid west series this year. $220 shipped

Figured I would give you guys first shot at it.

Dino, try to re-locate ur antenna wire closer to the RX....the 2 original holes meant for RX carbon plates.... use 1 of it together with an antenna holder will solve the glitching.......

Ok Guys.....for those of you who are having problems and would like to post some feedback and suggestions....Please email them to [email protected] and I will get them to Nick. They are just looking for feedback at the moment. They are aware of the steering issues and are working on it. So this is your wishlist per se.
