no offences to anyone out there, i am tawianese by the way
i know how they make those cars and it is not as detailed, that is why someitmes their parts have quality issues
This probably a little to old to reply...anyway, what makes you think those kyosho and mugen cars are made in Japan? If not mistaken, the mugen are coming from Hong Nor and those kyosho might be from China (The mini-z's are). I believe Tamiya and Yokomo are still made in Japan.

G4 E-class with tires and stratus 2.1 body retail at less than USD300 in Indonesia. Might be cheaper in Taiwan local market. I heard, they already winning Indonesian national race last sunday on its first meeting.

Hi Guys,

I just saw Josh Cyrul race his Team Magic G4 in Australia for the Australian Nationals. It looks very impressive, i wondered if there is a difference between the Trinity version and the Team Magic version at all? Is there a manual available online for the car at all? Look forward to reading your responses.

Default what servo for steering?

I currently use an Airtronics 94755 digital servo for Steering on my G4 and it's a very tight fit.

I am thinking about going to the Futuba 9550 digital servo which has a low profile and should fit much better. It has about 84oz of torque. Is that enough? What servo do other people use?

Don`t worry, S9550 is strong enough to handle such impact on steering. I use that for both throttle and steering in my S705. I think it would make you G4 even lower in CG. Impact with broken arm, front knuckle fall from its povit ball, servo still OK. Just be sure you using the servo saver and not only servon horn like electric car used to.

It will do just fine on any 1/10GP.. just use that servo saver for safety.. Another example, in EP (TRF414) with Serpent servo horn (not servo saver), it will brake the horn first on very hard impact and servo still OK..
