Default kyosho front diff

I went throught the frum and did not find anyone with the same problem...

I just put the Kyosho front diff for the v-1 rr evo in my car:
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/WTI0001P?&I=LXGAV5

It is short and it slides back and forth in between the bulkheads. this allows the dog bones to fall out. Is there a mod i have to make to make it work?

WHY??????? You should not need the frt diff. If anything solid axle rear, oneway frt, or rear diff/frt solid, or rear diff/oneway. But a frt diff is like adding the anchor...

Mike, what goodies did you order.??

RC Nut, I didnt see you yesterday.

My race day was eventful. I raced at Jacksonrcracing.com and it was a full day. 40 nitro cars, fourten heats in total. I qulaified fourth in the A, and finished fourth. The car was a fast as the fastest guy, lap per lap, just the nut behind the wheel was loose COnsidering I was runnig on 1hr sleep, three hour drive, and 3 hr wait to race(nitro run last).
I added to my G4 for the weeekend,
K Factory adjustable tank
K factory carbon Sides
Updated my Magic Spring sets.
Twister Tires
No rear swaybar
the car was hooked, no more flamouts, thanks to the tank, just need a little more time on the setup. I will keep you all posted.

Default v6vroom

Raul,

I was on my way there, with parts and a ss screw kit for you. THe wife decided to pick a fight with me. Two hours later I figured it was not worth the hour drive at 2:00. I had a decent day in the morning. They had construction trucks where we were running(anything to get us to leave but nothing works). I hit the scoop of a backhoe dead on at 1/2 throttle and no damage. I was shocked since I hit it at around 30mph. Some side swiped me coming into the corner and I lost control. The car survived and the 2-speed kicked in a little late but when she hit she flew.

I will try to get to jackson the next time you head out there. Next two weekends I am booked with Weddings.

Default I know the feeling!

Mike,
I feel your pain, and I sympathize with you. " Stop leaving your dirty clothes on the fllor, stop chewing with your mouth open, move over, give me the clicker, can I, can you , will you, why dont you, you never, what do you want me to do" I can only imagine, and probably figured out the conversation/argument that you had. Sorry! Also happy to hear that your car survive. I blew a clutch shoe, and also damage a shock collar. I have a new clutch, and have to sub Kyosho shock for now. TTYL.

News from Team Magic, they will release another different kit which include the RRR steering system for customer to choose. Maybe they will call them G5. I think other parts are just the same, or at least some minor change.

I mean the servo position and the servo saver are just like the Kyosho V-One RRR

Default steering update

Well Daniz,
I still am no having problem with the servo saver, after running a gallon of fuel, but I will wait an see if the saver kit is a conversion, or a new kit. But if they change the servo position, then they are going to change the layout of the upper deck, because there is no way to mount a servo frt to back like the Evo RRR. That itself, is what make the G4 special, now it is going to look like everything else.

Anyone have any close up pics of the update they did on the steering? I'm tired of my car sitting in my basement because of too much free play in the steering. Its causing me to wreck and break more parts. If you guys have a parts list of what you bought. It would be of the upmost help.

Thanks,
Mike
