Default Congratulations !

Wow, thanks for the great updates guys ! ...

Guess, Kyosho was dominating the front runners for this 1hr final with Serpent's Andrea Cristiani in between them fighting it out, losing out by just 4 secs in the end...

Very good try and credible effort for Serpent though, with Andrea Cristiani fighting it out for the front runners in the final and Masimo Fantini TQ'ing this World Championship, looking forward to read the race report for the final !

finalist
Kyosho - 4
Serpent - 4
Mugen - 1
Motonica - 1

Err... is the result final and technical inspection over ?

Most of the car is new, but the geometry of the '07 Evolva and the M3 are the same. the differences are mostly make the car more tunable and making adjustments easier. The wheel hubs have eccentrics with smaller bearings to allow roll center adjustment at the wheel. The wheelbase can now be extended at the rear as well as the front. there are carbon side braces that can be installed or removed to modify chassis flex to suit the track conditions. The fuel tank is updated with a new filler cap that is more air-tight, and it's mounted with small body pins so it can be quickly removed for cleaning or replacement. There are a lot of really good features, but the basic geometry of the car is unchanged.

Man that was one hell of an event to keep up with. I would like to give props to all the guys that kept up with all the updates........Were would we be without the internet.....Toso agian one hell of a run brother,it will happen man just keep doing what your doing.....As for the Mugen guys I am really bummed to see a guy like Swager held back because of power. I mean at that level all those guys are so close that the only real thing that seperates all of them is power.....But I guess thats just how it goes.....

not a definite but Argentina is 3000 meters from the equator which could have put our boys at a grave disadvantage over those that run, tune and practice in the climate or closer to it than US. We all know that it is easy for the change in atmosphere to change the power band of an engine. I am not making any excuses for anyone just a theory. Toso was on fire so he had a great tune and made the power. He got a few field goals scored with his car other wise this thread might be putting him on TOP of the WORLDS ! ! !

That would make sence if today was the first time they runed at the track. The Mugen team, along with others Im sure, was there back in August when the Nationals where being run in LV. Surely they had enough time to learn how to tune the engines to the running conditions.

I know all the teams went down to test @ the Argentina location. You can blame the ninja's but the truth is many running mugen were not running them. They ran JP's and Novas as well. It's really surprising they didn't do better, because this is Mugen's 'new' car. Well I guess we'll see the 4RXM soon.

Oh yeah almost forgot:

Toso, you did a great job and must be commended on an incredible showing for the U.S. Team and Kyosho as well. Congrats to Mr. Collari on his Eighth WC Title, and congrats to Team Serpent and Mr. Fantini's blazing TQ!
