35's and 37's on tires, and 16/20 or 17/21 on pinions, 45/49 on spur gears.

motojon, bodies being used at both tracks are Parma, Central, and some Protoform.

Personally, I use the Central Body.

Well I am new to the mrx so I am sure there are a few other people that have a better layout of there wires than me but here is how mine are routed.I ziptied them all together and stuffed them under and between the throttle servo.I got the futaba low profile servo that allows this but you could still probably stuff them between the throttle servo and the steering servo.

Default GRP tyres

did anyone tried the GRP tyres on MRX? I had a problem in setting the car rear width to 263mm. The GRP rear tyre width is 63mm compare to other tyre makers 61mm. If i turn in too much on the rear width, the tyres will brush against the 2 towers holding the body poles. I have optimize the spacer in the rear upright, but it still dont look good. Any advise?

On a X car place the two MUG H0189 spacers in back of the outer bearing in the hub and the problem will go away. The GRP has a different off-set so if you measuring the track width on the outside of the rim you need to remember that the GRP AJ/PJ is 63.5mm wide vs. most other rims at 60.2mm. That would mean a track width with most tires of 263mm would translate to 266mm with GRP PJ's (Assumes we are using track width to determine relative center lines of the drive wheels.)

Tire Type_____Kyo Red Box Rear___________GRP PJ Rear
Rim Width_____59.9mm___________________63.27mm
Rim Off-set____19.32mm__________________20.93mm
(thanks to Rick Davis (the suspender guy) for the rim numbers.)

You are welcome John, glad that you are happy with our service, by the way We can help you with your wiring, just swing by the store with your car on Friday so we can route your wires clean.

In the time Serpent started to use the very easy breakable plastic that was a hated issue, people had more than 10 left side parts unused..... In the 12 years I drive Mugen (had the very 1st Sting) I had maybe 2 leftside parts unused. It is all about how strong the parts are....

Regarding Lipo's. So why using 1250mAh Lipo and a Brass tray and a regulator when 2/3A cells of 1500mAh are a lot cheaper and better in handling and give more time ?
If it is all about runtime you must have a least 2000mAh to gain a real advantage and still with current 1500/1600mAh 2/3A cells you can race one hour at least which is only done in the WC finals.
And what I said in another topic is we do drive in the rain and one drop of rain in the regulator can cause many problems and a lot of people do not take care to make the regulator rainproof as they do better with the receiver.
The NIMH may last longer (maybe) but the lipo will stay above 6 volts for the entire charge. Most regulators will alarm or shut-off at 6 volts. Your electronics will not see a voltage drop off. With a NIMH the electronics will see a voltage drop after some time. I use a lipo in my transmitter (1250mah) I can go 5 hours and only see a voltage drop of 1.2 volts.
