Parma R11

Any feedback for this body? I believe a few racers used in the GLC race....

I used it at the GLC. I ran practice for a day iusing the R10 and switched to the R11 and have to say mostly that the body just made my car feel smoother everywhere. Has the same steering as the R10 but a little better overall grip.

Definatley a nice addition to the already good R10 by Parma. The R11 I noticed at the GLC had a little better steering in the slow sections and kept the car stable on high speed sweepers. My deciding point was when I saw the laptimes. I was about 0.1 - 0.2 seconds faster at Toledo with the R11, then the R10. It may not look like alot, but it IS faster!

I normally run the thick body with body braces. Parma's bodies are nice because they come with the braces and body repair kits (tape). We all know if you hit something in 1/8th its usually hard. The repair "tape" helps the body last longer. Its nice that Parma offers this all-in-one package when you buy a body.

I race the Mugen MRX4-R (and the X in a few days) and mount it with a 10mm gap in front of the front bumper to the front edge of the body. I have found this setting great on a high speed track like Toledo as well as a temporary track like parking lots.

Also the Parma R11 is now ROAR approved! So it is legal at any ROAR race.

I tested the body this weekend. Good balance and gave the car more steering compared to another new body I tested.
Thumbs up....

Based on one afternoon using stock set-up for the X, IMO, the frizbee felt light on itís feet, good balance but pushed, didn't turn in hard.

The R11 was very responsive, great steering, a touch more than the Central. I had faster lap times with the R11 than the frizbee, balance and lap times similar to the central.Ö.

Default great

I tried the R11 today on my X and the body worked extremely well. It had a very good amount of steering but the rear end stayed planted.

Thumbs up OUTSTANDING BODY!!!

I received a few R11's 2 days before the GLC and was able
to shoot a couple up to run at the race. It was nice to be able
to swap it back and fourth with the R10 to compare.

Yep! I brought 2 R10's with me as I really like the way it handles
and could not imagine much improvement from it. BUT! I found
that the R11 still had the great steering but the Rear felt even
more planted than the R10! YOU DEFINATELY NEED TO TRY ONE!!!!

Hats off to Chicky and the PARMA Crew... Outstanding Performance!

Here are a few close ups of the body......

Take care!

Nope! He knows I've been running Green, Orange, Purple & Pink
for the past 4 seasons...... My Green has five shades to the blend!

Definately Not Brad's funky Yellow Green! However he did have a newer
Funky Green at the GLC that was much better than the old / usual green! LOL!!
