Need help Tuning a PIXY Black R12

I can't get this thing to run! i ran 4 tanks through it at idle with wheels off the ground to start the break avg temp was about 140. Then i started to run it on the street about 2 tanks later i start to lean it out and it starts to act like it is always rich. Does any one know what the factory settings for the carb is? high speed needle and lowe speed needle and the mixture control screw!

Default Trinity Guide

I've still have haven't got time to break my Pixy, been busy with my Mod engine. What i heard it take longer to break in and it sensitive to tuning, especially when the engine is new. Try to turn at small amount.

Below is what i got from Trinity webiste. Not sure if it helps.

These settings are for after motor break in and are only meant for reference.
Your settings may vary up to 1/2 a turn.
High Speed Needle - 4 1/2 turns out
Low Speed Needle - 4 turns out
Mid Range - Flush with carb body
