TWISTERTIRES.COM PROBLEMS, PLEASE HELP
 

I placed an order on their web site like I have for the last couple of years on 8/2. I called them last Weds. They told me they no longer sell the product but would call me back in a couple of hrs since they still had some more. He was going to 2 day them to me so I could use for the weekend. I have not received them yet and have left repeated messages for them with the number on the site to no avail. Also sent e-mails and opened a dispute with them. Does anyone know or have a number for Omar McFarlane which is who the paypal goes to?

Chuck, this is Kevin Hutchinson owner of Kissimmee Raceway. We are the new distributorship for twister Tires. I will have the new web-site up sometime soon. I don't know why his old website is up, but I will try and contact him for you and myself. You can reach me at 239-263-0500.

I have no information on Omar, but he is no longer involved with twister tires and can not help you in any way. You can try to e-mail the new owner. I do not have his e-mail, but he is the owner of the kissimme track in Fl. Maybe you can go to his track site and get help. I know he is working putting up the new site. He just took the product over from Omar and is working out all the issues.

I wrote all this for nothing, Kevin was typing at the same time.

Thanks, any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. He did give me your number during our conversation, but when I told him I already sent the money to him, thats when he said he would get back to me etc. I will call you tomorrow.
