Its the German Grand-Prix in Bamberg this weekend and attending are serpent team drivers Michael Salven, Ilia van Gastel, Oliver Mack and others.
I believe Mack is now left Serpent to run a Mugen. Or was it Kyosho. They change so fast its hard to keep up

i got a 950r, and i had the same problem with the brake pad and brake block, its on full brake all the time because theres no play what so ever! I'm hoping this'll fade once i start to run it. My mugen has a great brake system, i'm hoping the serpent will live up to it's rival

Hi serpentsixty9,
The brake disc should wobble slightly on the pins of the brake block. Else you need to open up the holes on the disc to avoid binding. Then check the pads. You may want to sand down 0.2mm per side. After above, mine works fine.

I had to open up the hole where the pins go through the disc if it is not loose in the pins it isnt right.

now what is wrong with this picture???? what's up with those shocks?

anyways about the brake pads.
if you don't glue'em right, (meaning ca got applied too thick etc) it will cause binding in rear drivetrain. do not attempt to run it and hope it will get looser.
just take your time and take those pads off the car and sand them down. trust me it's worth it.

btw, i have brand new 950R chassis and radioplate for sale if anyone's interested.
