Default DNA performance

Well I finally got to test out my DNA 3, WOW at low speeds it bites in the turns, this helped me because my entry and exist in the turns was my weakest area. I did have to change any thing: blue soring all around and
front swaybar flat. Check out my pics under DNA R/C bodies

i do that with the stratus now.
the dna is for big BIG tracks to help the car be more planted but i think its slower than a 3.1.

I finally got some of these bodies. I will be painting one up tonight and testing it out tommorrow at my local track. From just looking at the front, I can tell it's gonna have alot of low to high speed steering. Im gonna hook up the lap counting system and do some time trials with the body. Let's see what happens.

3:30am. Just finished painting this one with decals.

I'll be giving it a try this weekend, I picked up 2 so I can try with both big and ROAR sized wings. Its hard to beat the 3.1 with a cut down wing but the DNA looks to have some potential.

Thanks guys.

Sups Rainer !! How are things in Hawaii and how are the boys doing ( Reynold, Brian, etc....... ). Tell them I said Aloha

mtveten: test out the wings in both sizes for us. I always cut my wings down to Roar specs just because im already use to it.

It's all good Roger. Everyone is getting better, so things are very competitive nowadays. Some of us are trying to revive outlaw, so we can get in more race time, but the last time I ran both (sedan & outlaw) it was brutal, cause I had mechnical problems on both cars! No time to take a breather. Reyonld are Brian are doing well and on top, like aways. I will let them know you said Hi.

Alright. Im on the track computer right now and this body is fairly stable, but with lots of low speed steering as I said earlier. High speed cornering is ok with a slight understeer going into the corner. In my opinion, this body will be good for short tight tracks with lots of 180's for me. Fastest lap time was 16.4 on this particular track. I tried the 3.1 status and I managed to put down a 15.9 ( previously fastest lap for me was 16.1 ). The DNA 3 has the same characteristics as the Parma M body IMO. But, its nice to have another body from protoform just to get you dialed in any track configuration weather it be a small tight track to a wide open high flowing track.
