Yes,

Try Delta Dave. Plenty of belts and other plastic parts. Sorry no bumpers.

K- dudes will have the parts thing worked out soon.

Yea right- thats why the Nat's., the GLC, the 301 Classic and most big events (like the MWS series) fill up in a very short time, or have a larger attendance than in the past

There are more 1/8 cars now than in the last five years.

If your located in northern California, try NorCal Hobbies ( 510 ) 324-5700. They have a alot of K parts for the 1/8th scale on-road. They do mailorder also. You just gotta call them and find out what they have in stock because the parts aren't listed on thier website ( www.norcalhobbies.com ). Hope this helps.

LOL!!!! Me too.

Seriously, from two years to now, 1/8 scale attendance, at least here, jumped substantially, from 50-60 to 75-85 racers, not bad at all for the F1 class in R/C.

Due to the number of entries the clubs that used to run 8th have either disbanded or switched to sedan only. It's been dying in the northwest for a few years now and looks to be all but gone.

RAMS is still going strong here in NOR CAL bay area California, with 1/8 on road. But sedan is well deveoped through out the region. Attending the 12 ROAR regionals we had twice as many 1/8 compared to 1/10.

To add to this....it's not 1/8 that was the problem. SARCAR is like many other clubs that have to set up their track to race......many want to race but few are willing to put in the time and help with track setup and teardown. So over the years it came down to the same few racers doing all the work...and they got tired of it. I know.....I was vice president one year...specifically.... the year we hosted the Nats....that was alot of work for a few. But anyway.....at SARCAR we never had a great sedan turnout despite the fact that other clubs were getting big turnouts. Track setup and teardown on raceday is what killed SARCAR and hurts attendance at other like clubs. Yes we had more 1/8 at the Regionals this weekend than sedan....it was kinda nice to see that.
