Default VXR Lipo for M11

Hi, I bought a VXR Lipo battery for my M11. It does not last 3-4 hours as VXR claims. I can only get 1 hr use. I use Ice to charge it. After a few time, it lasts only 1/2 hrs. I set it up at 1 amp as recommended by the instruction. Does anyone have similar experience?

I emailed VXR to ask them why, they never get back to me.

I have sold many to of those packs and have never heard or had this problem you talk about. It sounds like you have a defective pack.

I think charging at 1 amp might be a little much but i will check on that.

if you charge at a lower amp you will get more run time by charging at the higher amp it grenerates more power less run time. i would chare at the lowest amp available to get maximum run time

Well, charging at 1 amp will not cut his runtime down to 1/3 of what it's supposed to be. I have a 1050mah lipo in my M11 and it lasts for 4 hrs of use.

The pack is clearly NFG. I hope VXR sets it straight for ya bro.

Thanks. I hope VXR will take a look at this. Can someone give me their number or an address to send the lipo to?

Thanks. All I can say is there goes my $50+ down the drain. There are also several posts on RC tech saying that they don't last more than 1 hr not just me. VXR sucks.

I just got two Much More Lipo for both of my M11. They last and last. My friend also got one. He raced for 3 days without charging. Get the Much More Lipo. They costs more but they are worth it!!!!!

I am not affiliated with Much More in any way. I bought them from my hobby shop.

This is not true for Lipo batteries; Lipos will have the same run time and performance whether they are charged at 1 amp or 10 amps.

Note:
A Lipo battery should only be charged at 1C or less - with a proper Lipo charger (1C means 1 times capacity; i.e. 2.3amps for a 2300mah battery).
