Pull Start Gone Funny
 

I had to tighten the plate behind my pull start connected to the engine due to oil leaking. I removed the pull start and did what I needed to do but now my pull started is messed up. I had to tighten the cord and whenever i start it the engine is sluggish until the pull cord slowly comes back.

Any ideas? Thanks.
