Make sure your second speed is set up correctly! I am running Kawahara clutch type 2nd speed, similar design as Serpent Impluse and I could definitely see, hear it shifts!

Hi Guys,

Just want to make a quick announcement. We will be stocking Serpent parts in the near future, starting off with the new Impulse Pro. We will also be looking into stocking the 1/8th and 1/10th scale on-road car from Serpent.

Thanks

the shoes type 2speed definitely "sounds" awesome but I do believe the finger type 2speed work awesome too. I might get the shoes type 2speed but the downside is the wear on the housing.

The part number you want is 808150.
It is the complete rear mount set for Impact M2. This will fit regular Impulse. You might not be able to use new upright spacers on impulse pro with the floating mount. Keep checking with mytsn.com as they may release a new part if the GTP craze catches on. Hope this helps some. http://mytsn.com

got_speed?: No I have not done the conversion yet (waiting on parts.) Theoretically it should bolt up no problem. Most of the impact parts can be used on impulse, with the exception of some chassis and drivetrain parts. Not sure what we'll have to do about the centering device. Possibly some sort of panhard rod. Although the kit may include something for this. Here are a few more helpful links.

Hope these work.

So what exactly is included in the Pro kit that isn't included in the stock 2 speed kit? Like aluminum parts and other stuff. I know about the graphite parts and the front 1 way. Do they come with or make a CVD type axle for the front and/or rear???

Thanks

I'm changing my rear body mounts to floating ones'...it's going to be my OUTLAW car
