The Reflex is actually a Kyosho V-1RR copy, with all K-Factory hopups on it. The G4 is a totally new car that Trinity will be using as their new on-road car. Josh and Joel have been duing some testing with this car already. There is a thread on Trinity Tech Talk discusing this new car.

I don't know how this car will handle but it looks like a killer. If not for racing it'll be excelent for showing off and attracting attention of the other racers. Also it has a strange design of the head.

The head on the engine is a H.A.R.D. hopup (same factory as K-Factory and Team Magic). It's intended to lower the CG (just like the rest of the G4 car). These are the specs:

H.A.R.D .12 Class Viper Cooling
For Nova Rossi-based 12 class engines, including RB, Top, Rex, Mega, Mugen, JP, etc.

It's either a Novamega, or a Mugen, it uses a novarossi 3 needle carb so I doubt that it is a Rossi. The head is Trinity's Viper head that will fit any race .12.

it just hit me, isnt it odd that it doesnt have a rossi or sirio motor? and one of the seemingly few italian designs not distributed by trinity.

ive had a few serpents, so naturally im a fan of the mega motors...

Team Magic is a Taiwanese company. I think they are affiliated with K factory, which is also out of Taiwan. I heard that Trinity might distribute this car. They didnt design it. Just like most everything else they market.

It looks really nice though

Default Team Magic G4

Isn't anybody concerned about where the Receiver is mounted. One side-swipe and it's all over. The RX needs to be protected a little. Look how bad Pipes get damaged from side hits and they're metal.

that is kinda odd, they didnt use the standard radio tray design...
maybe there is another place a micro Rx could be stuck, or heat shrunk too..
