Congrats to the Canadian Club for a really great well run race! Everytime I go out there I enjoy the racing. The track is really cool with all the elevation changes, and the track improvements over last year were a big plus! I definately will be coming back again next year.

Congrats to Aaron on his win in 1/8th and Lou Vanderway in 200mm. Thanks to Mike who helped me pit during the quals, and Dave and Brian Berry's help in the mains! You guys were great with awesome pit stops. Next time I will remember to change the rear belt before the Main.

It was good to have Dennis Richey back out racing. Nice job on your bump-up from the B to the A Dennis!

The Ontario club hosted another outstanding event. I had a blast at the Can-Am race earlier in the year and this race topped that. The competition was still tough and the track improvements RayJ mentioned were great!

I too, am another racer that will put these 2 races on my calendr next year as ones NOT to miss.

I'd like to thank my sponsors that help me with my racing; Mugen USA, Ninja, Tornado, RC1 Racing, Parma, KO Propo, and Faskolor. And thanks to my dad, RayJ, Paul, Aaron, and Pulfer for help in the pit or on track. See you guys at the next MWS race.

And Bill McLean, great work with the Shootout awards and gifts.......and not to mention the very nice piece of eye candy trackside

And let's not forget that Paul Cicarello went home with the Fossil designer wrist watch after taking the win in the Great Canadian Bean Co. Shootout. Bill, thanks so much for your generous contribution including the ice wine and six pack prizes. Sorry about the results mix up boys, next year I'll be sure not to run the shoot out configured as a qualifier. I realized that I'd made a mistake on the second lap as the top 3 on the computer were not the top 3 on the track. At that point it was all eyes on the track for me keeping an eye on 1st and 2nd place. We'll get that all figured out for 2008.

Thanks again to the Great Canadian Bean Co.

How appropriate, the add banner at the bottom of my screen is titled "Immigrate to Canada"

Chicky, get those immigration papers in, eh?

Just think, you'd be in On Road RC Heaven, both summer and winter.

Cheers Dude!

Howard had started to pass a kidney stone halfway though the day on Saturday. Raye ended up taking him to the hospital, he was drugged up and then given plenty of fluids to help pass it. He was in definate pain at the track.

I'm not sure his progress as of tody but Saturday night his wife came out to pick him up from the hospital and they were going to their hotel as originally planned Saturdy night. I am not sure if he attempted to drive back to Detroit or not.

I hope he's feeling better

BTW.... The indoor track at FastCats was awesome. I stopped by with Paul and Pulfer on Saturday night to watch Kevin Herbert (Hurbert, spelling) race his TC5 and LRP Brushless system (fast for electric...LOL). They (FastCats) have a great indoor facility and outdoor too.
