Default Help... about Kyosho V1s with GS-15R engine fuel

hai everyone ^^

wanna ask sometime regarding fuel .. because recently i just brought 25%nitro hot shot model fuel.. for my Kyosho V1s ~~ usually perviously i was using gamma lube 16% it was very nice at performace but once i change to 25% it become slower and less somke come out from the muffler does i need to retune the needle setting ?? or does possible the GS-15R cannot support 25% nitro ??? will it damage my engine if using 25% nitro ? >.< coz i really very very very newbie here... hope expert here can advice..
