I checked on the computer and it says my gear ratio is 5.06, because I'm using a 44/22 combo for second gear. It also said my max speed is 52mph, that's weird, the factory got 50-55mph on an OS 3 port motor, while i'm using an RB v12 410

for HPI it's considered fast, but my car is suppose to hit 55mph+ with the RB v12 410 motor. I read on the instruction that these motors go 35000rpm, but really what's there maximum rpm, because even OS can achieve 35000rpm.

how about the engine that goes more than 40000rpm, is it going to be faster?

why do I have to be a pitman, I drive, somebody else refuels my car, plain and simple.

Also RC dumb, if i have a motor that is 40000rpm than i will be 8mph faster

Also does anybody know how many rpm does a RB v12 non turbo 410 produces?

This depends on the load. Maximum torque is produced around 28,000rpm on most of the Novas.

well I ran the RR yesterday at the track again. I lowerd my lap time significantly, the lowest i got was 18.2, the pros get an average of mid 17's. And all of them have modified motors or/and they run 30% fuel. I run 20%.

The car handles excellent, and drives good too. My motor still rejects to get temperatures above 200F degrees. I stopped the car yesterday and had the temp measured by Data and it was 136, and that was like 5 seconds after I stopped the motor. My motor just doesn't want to run hot. But we have it lean as hell, when we turn the high speed needle any leaner the motor chokes when i go WOT

what was the lap time before and after that 18.2 sec. lap? your stop watch finger might had been faster than your eyes. and i think you would get a better picture if you compare average against averag, not fastest against average.

had the temp measured by Data and it was 136
i don't think it was me, must had been the punk fish took the reading for you with his new temp gun (he is learning how to use it, too many buttons for him ) he must had set the unit of measure to C instead of F without knowing it. ask the fish.

Just to let everyone know bone stock V1RRR didn't pass ROAR weight test!!! I was short of 0.03LBs, about 3 US quarters to make it pass the weight tech.

The car's handling is amazing!! very easy to drive and very driver friendly. First time driving it was in a race, nothing broken except losing the dog bone that lead to lost the outdrive and out of the bump up

the stop watch is on my remote, and yes it is lower than 18.2 because i have to take my hand off the throttle to press the lap timer button. The fastest times for sedan at the track is like 15.9, is it not??? otherwise, I had 19 second runs and 20 second runs, but most of the day i stayed in the low 20's.

It was you who took the temp because i noticed it that you took it out of your apron pocket, plus your temp gun is original, it's square and white.

I noticed during the race that the fastest drivers only turn a couple of laps the fastest the rest is average, which is about 17's, nobody is perfect.
