my source said there will be conversion kit and it will be available pretty soon !

when i first drive my v1rr converted to evo specs, i was using black springs and 37 shores all round, and encountered traction rolling. then some reading inside this thread prompted me to try out silver springs and 37 shore all round, and no more flips for me. so i didnt bother trying out the gold springs, as i thought it'll make flips easily

chassis part #k1129 does anyone know where i can find it?


im running an rr with an evo frontend yes it can be done

What's going on at the Kyosho factory. Just as I give up on the car they are going to address the rear geometery. Made Kyosho should team up with Serpent they are going the right way about it. I wonder if in six months time they bring out another conversion kit.

I think the EVO was a temporary measure to update the car to look like the newer lower CG cars without spending much money or time on the R&D. Sure worked on me! The car was better but not enough to really match it at the upper levels of competition.

I am pretty sure the RRR is gonna be the good gear. Look at the FW05R it handles awesome. Even though shaft is the supposed new way forward I really like the way a belt car handles, cant get used to shaft.

Hopefully, Kyosho will update the rear bulkheads (& majority) in the new car
