Default Gearing for big tracks

i'm using the stock gearing 48/44, is there a better gearing that will make my car faster?

some one said you could use mugen pinions to achieve lower gear ratio.

Check out the link to the docs i have posted and you will find a doc called V-1-RR MPH. you input all the pulley sizes, gear sizes and wheel diameters you get the MPH of the car.

There is a fast pulley set that changes the back 2 pulleys from 19t to 24 t and this adds about 20% more speed

it is a stall a bit under power even if you use 15/19 pinions for the 24T pulley conversion. i.e. you dont have much choice with the 24T pulley conversion.

VERY expensive. It is a convenience item mostly. If you race on VERY high bite asphalt with foam then it may be useful.
