May be is the wide 30mm foam tires that we are using which puts too much loading on the diff. !!!

However, just made small adjustment to the car yesterday and my lap time was the same using standard gear diff. so will not use the lsd again.
What adjustment have you made to the car?

Thanks Adelmundo for the information...Am I missing out on something??......I looked all over Kyosho's US website and I can not find that part#....how did you come across the #, was it through your lhs? or was it a website?.....

For the guys that have the V1-RR can you tell me more about the car? I wish I could read Japanese....I can see that it has a "Centax" type clutch....aside from Foam Tires, and SwayBars, what else does it have that the V1R does not?

1. SP belts all round
2. 25T pulley instead of 27T for front wheel overdrive
3. Front one-way
4. Front and Rear sway bars
5. Foam tires
6. Centax Clutch
7. Rear floating body mount with new rear shock plate
8. Front VDS mount and wide bumper
9. Can Am shell

There was something that was missing on the new RR kit... the taller handle roll bar which was on the Kahawara conversion kit... the RR used back the original stock handle roll bar which was rather disappointing... have to get a Kahawara one to replace....
Other than that, the RR rocks!

kyosho uses the same handle bar as a standard. you need to pay what you need for options.

MAN, this post move so fast, can't catch up

Ran less caster in front and used softer tire all round (elligi 40 all round) instead harder front & softer rear.

also using rear gear diff, I don't have problem with traction roll at EGR in the final. I found wihtout sunlight, the track have too much grip and always have traction roll problem with the lsd. I tried the standard RR set-up with gear diff on wed, no problem all day until 6:00pm!

any comments guys!
