Taylor Racing it's 19T at the end of 2 speed shaft and 25T at the counter shaft. ( I thinks that's it correct me if I'm wrong ).

Thanks finchy.
I should have asked . . . I presume the tyre split for the O.D. pulleys is 3mm, yeah?

to be exact, it will depends on what size rear is you are using. If u want exactly 1:1 split then at 54mm rear your front should be at 50mm.

the bigger the rear tyres, the large the split is but only in fraction though

hope this help

Ah, yes . . . it'll be proportional, of course.
Dammit, I'll have to do a spreadsheet, now.

Here's a pic of my driver's new shell.
Not a great pic, but I thought the transponder hole was amusing.

Don't worry too much, 4mm split is ok. You won't notice the different in 1% change. you'll only start to feel it when its over 4% in ODR, which in my example the front will be only 2mm smaller then the rear.

Thanks, sparksy.
Thanks tl2111.

On the EVO upgrade kit . . . .
I've been speculating over the list of parts contemplating how it all hangs together - most of them seem pretty obvious, BUT . . . . .

"Adjustable roll centre Front Bulkhead"
Is this supposed to accomodate the change in front end geometry introduced by the RR's Overdrive arrangements?
Months ago, I recall someone saying the Reflex had different front end geometry to the VoneR - a bit strange since it doesn't use an O.D. pulley system, I believe.

"Front Swing Shaft "
Why do you reckon we need new swing shafts?
I originally presumed it was to accommodate the new one way, but I expect the one way and the new mid shaft are needed to relocate the belt away from the new servo position.

What about the changes to the 2-speed clutch. I haven't heard of anyone having trouble with the original.

the front roll center has become adjustable with remove/add of the spacer that is attached to the front upper a-arm.

as for swing shaft, it is noticed that the front a-arms have become longer and that's why it comes with a whole new front oneway and swing shaft.

the 3D clutch (not the 2speed clutch) is not as good as mugen clutch i.e. kyosho has to improve it !

If yours is working fine, then all is good
Sparksy, my experience comes from my son's Reflex and the chassis I ordered specifically for my RR. I never heard this before about the placement of the holes. Thanks for letting me know though. I'll have to compare it to my original V1RR chasis. We have replaced the K-Factory pulleys and belts on my sons car as the pulleys just would not stop separatnig and well the belts just plain suck.
Have any other forum members had issues with K-Factory parts? Just curious, not trying to cause an up roar. Thanks
