make sure both bearings especially the one on the left side of the bulkhead for the main shaft fully sit in place. this is the main cause of the shaft blinding.

Default gear selection

Could someone please suggest what's a good gear selection for the Brendale track (QLD Aust.). Are stock gears alright or is there a better combination.

check that you should have some end play at the clutch bell when you tighten the clutch screw. The kit should come with some very small shims 3x5mm and it should be placed between the shaft and the trust bearing retainer to give proper end play.

Ya i had to put in 4 lil shims so the bell didnt touch the flywheel whenever i spin the clutch bell backwards and spin it forward it gets loose but then it'll stop later on, when i dont sping it backwards it'll just be hard to spin. Imma check on it again later today i got stupid work bah!

I am runnig 16/22 pinion and 47/43 spur gears I find that is a good combination Brendale. The stock gears alright there as well you will need to get your self some pinions

The only differences is a Kyosho shimo chassis and a 2mm carbon fibre top deck.

From what I know the world cup edition come with the following options;

1) Shimo 3mm Chassis
2) 2mm Caron top deck
3) Steel Roll cage
4) Alum Chassis stiffer with belt tensioner
5) Alum low CG engine mount
6) World Cup Edition Decal Sheet

Not too sure they have anything else.

Regards

Joe

There was apost some time back that help with the problem with running out of steam on very long straightaways, that had different pulleys, does any body have that part number?
