Unfortunately I have to sell up and jump onto the latest bandwagon (which I hate doing ) so my V1RR is up for sale. Anybody interested drop me a line at: [email protected]

I am selling minus any radio gear but with an 1100mah receiver pack. Car also has the option of an OS TR if you are interested. I have many hopups from kawahara and other companies plus a heap of spares including belts several bags of pulleys, arms etc. I also have all the springs, swaybar and gearing options for the car and a front diff and front oneway. Includes solid rear diff, kawahara rear diff and standard rear diff. Comes with a Mugen centax with low engine mounts and small diameter flywheel instead of Kyosho, spare chassis plates and top plates, alloy hexes and graphite top deck. Car is used but in perfect working order. I am looking for $350 without radio and engine or $450 with an almost brand new OS TR.

AMG u Got mail!

A Kyosho team driver, driving a V1rr, just won a big race in Hong Kong. Alot of MTX3's and Serpents in the mix, including Barry Barker. Ultimately, as always, its all about driving. I wouldnt lose faith in Kyosho. Who knows, maybe they'll come out with a new TC sooner than later that improves on the RR and people will want to sell the MTX-3. It never ends.

Yeah I really did not think that the MTX3 would be "all that". But up here it is seriously busting on some lap time records. Dunno, mayby it is just a better out of the box setup. It seems to have very stiff springs and quite a lot of ackerman. I am gonna wrench on my V1RR some more and who knows

I know this question been asked before. Does the Trinity/K-Factory fuel tank and upper deck fit the V-1RR without any modification to the Kyosho super chassis?

Thanks in advance.

Pretty easy actually. Press on the Search. Put in Barry as the search keyword field and put Manticore as the user name.

Select the Nito On-Road forum and select Show results as posts. Leave others as default.

Yes no chassis mods required. It will need receiver holder mods.

Default When cleaning my carÖdamn it!

I've realised that I have lost the F/H Washer (part 103), stabilizer cam (part 187) and the 3 x 15mm F/H countersunk screw that holds the front swaybar to the front left suspension arm.

With the swaybar still there though, I noticed that the effect it is probably having is next to nothing.

My question is should I remove the whole front swaybar setup prior to my next meet if I canít find the replacement parts until after that time? Will having it there (lose and all) have a negative effect on the drivability?

If you think i should remove the front swaybar, should I also remove the rear swaybar?

Many thanx guys...

Default Is what Iím talking about Downstop???

On the rear suspension arm, I noticed from a close inspection, that one of the Ďgrubí screws touch the chassis plate prior to the other side, but the amount of thread showing from the bottom of the arm seems to look exactly the same.

The instructions, on page 11, say the amount of thread should be initially set to 2.5mm, and they still are.

Where should I look next, cause i think something else might be out of whack, with my amatuer driving style and all?

What effect does these have on the carís drivability, and what would happen if I shortened the amount of thread showing?
