It depends ASD. When is the crackling noise when the steering is at its fullest extension left and right or when it is moving normally?

asd- the 24 tooth conversion changes the final ratio of the car and sets it up for more top speed. Seems to me you would lose a lot of punch, but I dunno, i've never done it. You change the 19s to 24s and use yokomo belt.
I got my Ronnie grease from Horizon Hobbies

COOL! I put an order in and they ship priority. They also had clutch shims for a good price too. I've heard about this ronnie grease before - so at 4 bucks I figure its worth a try. Thanks...

Almost all engines do this when there is no flywheel attached. It is the clearance of the crank pin and the backplate you can feel. Once you put a flywheel on and crank it down there should be no or very minimal play.

Default Engine is difficult to start...

Hi Guys,
I am running a X12 3 port Turbo. The engine is difficult to start after running on the track like one tank.
Should i open up the high speed needle more or the low speed needle more?

Is it normal for an engine to behave like this after each hot run on the track? As the heat from the heatsink move towards the carb causing the carb too hot to start ... ?

thanks

i should be getting my V1rr in the mail any day now. It's my first nitro touring sedan. Anyhow, i think i have my mind set on an RB-X12 engine, but im not sure what pipe and header to get. I heard the Paris ring pipe is good. Any other suggestions?
