Hi there,
it's the front one-way that make the car swing to one side, you can solve this by adjusting your brake so that it won't swing. You can't jam brake with front one-way, but for slow braking only. good luck.

well, you're right - I cetainly will be putting in practice. Only reason I want to learn this style is in preparation for 1/8 scale, I know I can setup up the V1R just that little bit better and pick up another 1/2 lap pace with the diff - that's all I lack is about another 1/2 lap pace over the course of a race.

I talked to Jason Bell last night of J-tech engines in florida...Very nice guy!!! He says a lot of the fast guys are ditching the solids and using diffs. Said at the world cup a lot of the REAL fast guys from europe were running rear diff.....hmmmmm

Patelladragger:

Integy offers two types of universals at a good price however the Kyosho universals I feel are superior.

Note that the Reflex universals cannot be used as the inboard ball is smaller diameter.

i just ordered my v1rr today. My first car. Anyways, what's wrong with the integy universals? Do the Kyosho ones fit front and rear? and are they longer or shorter than the integy ones?
