Also speaking of Centax Clutch I know a couple of people who have installed the Centax Clutch from the Mugen MTX-2 into the V-One R as well.

I did it on my V1R and I've got a kawahara small diameter flywheel to lower the engine with a low profile engine mount

Where did you get that flywheel and egine mounts from? What brand/company?

Also what other mods did you do in order to sue the Mugen's Centax on your car by the way? Differenet pinion gears etc?

From kawahara. the flywheel is for mugen. you need a low profile engine mount too . Kyosho has it and it was for their pure ten tourer.

whenever you mod to lower the engine you need to make room for the clutch bell on the main chassis otherwise the clutch bell will not be able to move freely. besides, there is a little bit alignment problem with the mugen clutch and standard engine mount. what you need to do is the work on the engine mount hole on the main chassis to get this problem fixed.

Wow! The more I looked at the RR version, the more I drool over it... The kit is same as mine actually but I guess it's the way the pic is taken...

I was intending to get the Mugen Centax too...but since it's coming out with the RR version, I still can wait...

I am SOOOO stoked! A few days ago I bought a 2nd V-One R from a friend of mine to run it as a foam racer. It came with lots of hopups, like Kawahara pulleys, front one way, rear solid axle, sways, 5-star upperdeck, 4 mil chassis, etc. All it needed was radio and engine. Today I went to my local hobby store, and I bought the new RB X12 5 port engine! It was their last one too! They received 15 yesterday and all gone by today. I hear it screams!

Anyways I will be including pics of my new car once it's all finished being assembled and tested.

Just wanted to get a setup for foam tires (camber, caster, toe, droop, what sways bar and springs to use etc.). Can someone post it here? This car will run on an asphalt track with bank turns and sprayed with rootbeer.

Yah they use rootbeer to spray their track. With Sprint Med tire/Med insert it works fine and hooks great. My car hooks up there so it's not a problem.
