Look at the new picture from the Tokyo Hobby Show of the V-One RR (That's 2 R's! Guess they had to come out with the kit with an engine now the OS TSR)

and a pic of the new Kyosho Rear Exhaust manifold and pipe:

Other than what the RC Nut just pointed out I dont see anything else thats different from the regular kit?

How is that new OS engine supposed to do against the Nova Rossi engines? I used to have an OS CVR. It was a great engine but it didnt have the power that the X12 and RS12s have.

Hey guys, i just scored 1 of 5 (in australia) factory modified picco RE .12 with matching manifold and pipe. ive just installed it and ran only one tank through it but the thing sounds so nice, very twichy on the throttle to and its set mega rich. im running it this weekend at our local club and give you guys the full rundown on the motor on monday. its a std shaft unfortunately but i will be getting a long crank (like the one in the pic) so i can put an mugen centax on it.

Just an interesting thought (done by some drivers)
the way to mount your transponder is to find a way to mount it as near to the front of the car as possible.....somewhere near the bumper would be cool. if so, u would have gain some precious seconds as your car clocks a lap whenever its front reaches the sensor and not when half the car is through.....

If you buy a aftermarket carbon front shock tower (like from Square or 5-Star for example), it would come with holes which you can use to mount the transponder holder that comes with the kit. That's basically what I did.

It will only give you a few 1/1000 secs and that's it.

You can actually use the Centax Clutch that is on the Kyosho Fantom. This site, given to me by a friend tells you how to do it. It is in Japanese but if you use www.altavista.com 's translation utility to translate from Japanese to English, then you will understand what it means. Here is the site:
