Very mystery! If the LSD has no mystery lube inside, it will just on & off. Do you agree?

oh well, it is really mystery !

the locking mechanism shouldnt be like on/off switch. a 2speed device could be on/off switch but not an LSD device. It should act like a clutch and be progressively engage until the diff is locked up.

Halloween is coming. It will be very funny if the LSD is on & off. "My LSD kicks in at the corner."

Which mechanism you think is more advance? Kyosho floating block type or Kawahara clutch type?

I think Kyosho is more advance because it needs MYSTERY lube. hehehe

Haha...think Manticore have got some more goodies under his top deck... Anyway, think the pics of his car are enuff to tell that he had spend a bomb just on all the hop ups! Well if it's a passion, it's worth it!!

About the tires, that was just about the question I wanted to ask too... I'm running on SOREX 36R with hard inserts on a smooth mediun track. The ambient temperatures on a normal day would be 29++ but on a really hot day, temp can soar to a scorching 35++, Centigrade that would be. That's the norm setup for most people back here in S'pore... The only concern would be the tire wear on those hot days, that's why some of my friends are turning to 40R...

What about u guys?

Happy racing...

that's the similar set up here.

One setup tips, try the lower camber link on the rear hub and that would give you more stable rear end.
