Default Pro Bar Mounted to lower arm settings

Another question. What about the Pro Bar. How do I set them?

What changes does it make when I make the turnbukles longer or shorter with the R12 suspension. And I think making adjustment for the front it's not the same with the rear. Cuz i'm not sure if they work the opposite for better performance suspension. Thanks for any kind of help.

Thats awesome MO....Make sure you call me on my cell if you have any questions

Z24.....I use a 1 tooth split with no worries, but on certian tracks I have used a 2 tooth split with success. Using a 2 tooth split is very risky though because of the gear mesh, but it can be done.

On most average nitro tracks I use a 19/24 pinion with the stock spurs, but I have used 19/25 on really big tracks. If it's a small track I use 18/23 with stock spurs....I always use the stock spurs

Z24....Changing the length of the turnbuckle won't really affect the bar much, but moving the ball mount on the bar or the ball on the arm will.

Softer bar = Ball further out on wire or ball on arm making turnbuckle more straight up & down.

Stiffer bar = opposite of softer bar....hehehe

OH Gosh, thanks for the gears settings I was braking my head off, if could made those gears splits or not eheheh.
And OK, understood, stock spur gears.

ummmmmmm... i'm kind of lost right here, but let's see If I get this straight.. you're saying the only changes can I make, is the rear pro bar to lower arm. Cuz each lower arm has two holes right...?
And for the front Pro Bar to lower arm, can't really make nothing with it, cuz for the mods that was made right...? It's kind of confused, but I think I get it.

Ok, I wrote all this settings on a paper, I'll keep you inform what happens tomorrow. Thanks Paul.

And btw Paul, there's going to be a 2nd Latin Cup, speculating for december on this year.

OK thanks.

I have some questions about the Gear Ratios for the R12. I'm gonna make some tests tomorrow again with the R12. And I wanna make the Car to gain a little bit of more top speed on the straight away. Cuz i figure out, that it already made the Top Speed but just at the middle of the straight away. But I don't want to sacrifice the Acceleration regarding with the manual. OK, in other words i'm using stock gears for the tranny, Pinons and Spur Gears. And now I changed the pinon gear 20/61 for first gear and 24/57 for second gear. Gear ratio 5.80 1st and 4.51 2nd

Is there a way to make the first gear a higher ratio? So i can get more faster acceleration? If there no other way, I'll just leave it like that then.

Thanks!!
take off one tooth of the first gear pinion that should give you more acceleration

My R12 team is all built and almost ready to run. Here is a pic.

RC Old Man, I don't know if the clutch is different on the regular kit but my RB V12, SG shafted motor bolted in just fine.
