Default Whats a negative diff?

whats a negative diff and what does it do? i also heard if you run a negative diff up front you should run a solid rear axle. how does this work. and is it really worth switching to a centax clutch if im planning to race? or just change the clutch springs?

there is no negative diff designed for front end.

Couldnt agree more! If you can find 5 star upperdeck get it! I really think they have the best upperdeck for MTX2, scroll back a few pages I have pictures on the 5 star upper deck pictures once you see them you will know what i mean!

Also you might want to consider getting Kawahara derlin lower arms, negative diff and 2 shoes 2 speed!

ah10, what happens to your mtx2 now that you have a mtx3? stripped of all electronics, cleaned and wrapped in a bag to be stashed in a corner? or is it still having some run time?

Default Thanks

Thanks guys,i keep hearing about the 5 star upperdeck, who makes them and is there a website?I've got most of the kawahara parts on order and i'm going to try to track down the square parts. My mtx2's aren't going to see too much run time, bought them more as collector's cars then racers i'm going to put one away for some modifications when i get time and run the other one every now and then.I take it there are no GPM supporter's here.
