Default Serpent Mega FT-28 start up

I am just completeing the new F180 kit with .28 engine. Its been along time since I've done this and need some advice. Have already run 3 tanks thru it and kept it between 120F and 250F but had difficulty in controlling it and proper throttle action. Either bog and die, or try to run away. First tank idled thru ok, 2nd tank I started warming it up and thats when it got tuff. I would like to know the proper carb settings now that I,ve lost em and suggestions for the next time I start it up.
Just to make sure I remember right, screw on the brass inlet on carb is idle and the screw on side of main body is mid range and the other screw off at an angle to side is idle speed limit. Thanks
