If you are still using the stock motor with side exhaust you can use these.

Not sure if you noticed but the tuned pipe has a flexible coupling between the pipe and header. They inline is like two flanges mated together and held together with springs. Performance wise not sure if there is any real difference, I have tried both styles originally I went away from the tuned pipe as I had copped a couple good knocks in races and either busted the silicone coupler or knocked it off . I went to the inline and dont like it as I find there is no real give on the side exhaust motor using this setup and I have had more troubles with it when it gets hit. I have gone back to the tuned pipe and now I try not to get hit

Just in case here is some pics to better show you, these pipes arent for the kyosho but will give you an idea on what I am on about.

Inline doesnt show springs connecting the header to the pipe flange
