Just let it go for about 5 mins.

if that doesnt work, i have heard that u can heat your oven to around 80 degree celsius and stick it in, but i dont really like that idea since if u have a plastc carb or such, i'd think it would melt.
but about 5 min on the hair dryer should do it.

Have u got MSN messenger?

thanks for the help guys. The motor starts to turn over now. With fresh batteries the starter wheel will have enough juice to turn the flywheel now too now that it's breaking in a little.
