Default What RX can work with my TX

I've got a KO EX-10 radio and receiver.(40MHz) I want to buy a second RX for my other car. Should I stick to the same make(KO) rx or can I use a different model, as long as its also in the 40MHz range? And if I can what make would you recommend?

a Sanwa Brand will work with your KO, as long as it is the same 40mhz.
