Default S960 v.s. MRX4R but then engine runtime (fuel consumption)

Interesting....

A Serpent/Novarossi sponsored top driver in the Dutch Championship, changed to Serpent 960 this year, while last year he drove MRX4R/Novarossi....

He never managed to reach the 5 minutes with the MRX4, but this year, on the same track with the same engine, he did manage to get 5 minutes with the 960.......
Also last year he qualified 22 laps in 5 minutes, this year he went into the 23rd lap.....

So, or:
- the Novarossi 35+ he used is a bit different then the 35+ from last year (he choose 35+, because his 359 didn't run to his likings),
- the fueltank in the 960 is bigger then the Mugen
- the 960 is such a bad car, you can not corner it full throttle...

Or perhaps the 960 rolls better?....

Has anyone experienced the same?
