Recently my connecting rod broke into 2 & the piston is crack because of the broken conneting rod for my VoneS GS engine, and for the piston, it come together with the sleeve, but not sure about the novarossi case.

Hey deanspoors

You need to buy a piston/sleeve, they just don't sell the piston. Its a combo, because there sized together. But if your doing this because, loss of compression, you really should change the rod as well. This is because when you have that much time or have over-heated the motor to much the rod bushings get loose, or have stress fractures on the rod body.

Have Fun!!!

Hi deanspoors,

I do not believe you can get a Piston separate from a
Sleeve.. at least one that is brand new in the package
you cant.

You may probably buy a used one from another person
but I would recommend against it.
The idea is to get the piston to have the tightest
sleep as possible to the sleeve which makes out
the compression.

This is for the same reason that the piston and the
sleeve is sold together by almost all, if not all motor
manufacturers. That way, both the piston and the
sleeve would space together evenly..
