The only issue I have with the front arm holders when using the ergal bulkhead linkage is the number or thickness of the caster clips I can install. Otherwise the arm mount itself fits with no problems. Can you post some pics?

Deepfreeze, I know exactly what you are experiencing. The pocket in the ergal linkage is machined with a flat bottom and rounded corners at the front and back end of the pocket. The pocket creates the stops for how far the upper arm assembly can travel when changing or setting the caster. I took an exacto knife and simple shaved a 45 degree angle on the plastic of the upper arm assembly at the front and back corners so the plastic could travel further forward and aft in the pocket. I will try to show you a diagram of what I mean next post.

I also experienced the same issue as Garen did with the caster clips. I installed the thick clip and one thin clip, then I sanded the final thin one until it would fit (snug, but now thinner).

Darren has some personal things to deal with, and I do hope he is ok. I am sure we'll see him back on here soon enough.

Default Body Mount

The 08" body mount is a big improvement, much stiffer and can't get knocked off of the guide pin.

The pin that centers the rear body mount could be popped out of its guide by a hard hit and the design of that part of the car was improved for the 08 model.

Thanks. When I first saw ' 08" ' word, I suppose that it was a measure in inch scale. And think, "What is 08" body mount?".....
