Make sure the correct side pulleys are used- 18T and 25T. What tension setting are you using for the front belt? Is the side tensioner on too tight?

I am pretty sure the belt tension setting on the front is in the middle and with the inserts even all around.

As for the Side pulleys i will need to check, pretty sure its correct thou will need double check tonight! With the P81 kit does it come standard in the side pulleys you have mentioned or is there an option?

Checked my gearing and its all good 25T front side, and 18T rear side!

The thing is i couldnt get the belt on with out taking the one of the side pulleys off - possibly tight belt form package not to sure!

The tension on the side belt has some tension on it but not over the top - anyways ill monitor it!

For anyone interested and possibly willing to travel to China, there is a big race happening next month, the weekend of the 21st, in Shanghai. I'll be there to support all the Motonica drivers.
