Default installing antenna?

hello everyone.. i got a pretty simple question, as you can tell after reading this, i'm a complete newbie.. =)

i just put opened up my receiver box, where the flimsy antenna connects to the 2 channel receiver thing.. then it's 'supposed' to slide through it's protector, and up through the body of the car.. i can't seem to get the flimsy antenna to go through the damn protector piece.. should i use wd 40 or something? i haven't a clue.. =/

it's actually an off road buggy (Ofna Hyper 7 PBS).. popsracer actually helped me out and made a few suggestions.. =)

i can use a bit of spit or some shock oil to lube up the black flimsy antenna in order to get it up through the tube (protector)..

i really appreciate the help though, guys..

The best way i've found to get those pesky wires thru is CA glue some Dentist Floss to the end lightly and pull it thru. works everytime for me
