Default handling for mugen msx3?

my friend got one of these msx3 RTP things and no matter what i've done it just doesn't seem to react to changes. I put white associated springs up front with the kit rear, and it still oversteers with slicks on or treaded tires. I laid down the rear shocks all the way and took out the droop screws all the way...then tried different droop settings front and rear....this car is possesed!

Anyone have a good setup for bumpy good traction asphalt?
