Default Wont Shift to second

HEy whats up im not new to Nitro. Well this is my Friends car its a Old Serpent model 8060 i tried everything with the 2 speed config it just wont kick in. i hear it staying in first im like come on kit in but no go so i need you hel asap please help me

Make sure the inner hub lock rollers are in their proper position. If these are missing or the holes are badly worn then the shoes wont engage and lock to the shaft to engage second.
