Default Can u kill an engine by?

Can u kill an engine by break in letting it idle for 3 tanks then runnin it on the ground for a couple more, bein it has a temp of 200 deg.

So many break in procedures, i thought i ask the best way....

Thats alot of breakin time. It must of been a very tight pinch. I had a nova P5 that way a couple of years ago. My last two new nova's weren't very tight so I idled a tank and drove around rich 2 more. Then went for it. No problems at all.
