I agree with you that it needs a bigger tank, Most people were scared of the carbon chassis because of the over heating idea but it has pretty popular now.

About the tank if you could get me a part number i would like to get me one of these tanks so i can enjoy the longer run times. Some parts are hard to get here but i should be able to get one and show off your idea to a few more people when i run my car again at Kyosho.

The bumper is kinda cool, but those lower arms look to be a good idea. They might be a different length to allow camber adjustment.

I will see about these new parts.

You should enjoy it, I enjoy mine.

We got the alloy body posts in today, Now the throttle link and tires should be soon.
Sorry i havent checked in to the Bumper from Charge but it would be pretty easy to make one yourself if needed.
One thing about the Spada stock gas tank is they have added a nipple to the tank, I know the spare tank has the nipple and the new
Porsche should have the new nipple also.

l like the fact that the suspension is rather limited. You dont have to get silly with a set up board, finding a good spring combo,Or make a mess with oil shocks.
Just drive the car, play with the tires a bit and have fun.

Stupid question...but I'm assuming that only the Kyosho foams fit the spada...right?

Also..any word on whether ot not Kyosho will add a larger optional tank and/or a centax clutch???

Any 1/12th scale tire will fit the Spada wheels. Kyosho makes two compounds of tires right now,and here soon there will be two more compounds to chose from. But yes the wheels for the Spada only fit the Spada. They dont even fit the 1/12th Fanthom from back in the day.

I guess I'm a little confused...if a bought say some GRP 1/12 mounted foams will they fit the spada (just like on 1/10 or 1/8 cars)?

Also any word on a larger tank and or a centax?

Thanks...

No... any other 1/12th foam tire will NOT work on the Spada. Kyosho sends the soft compound with the kit. The hard compound is available now... I haven't had a chance to run them yet. They sell the wheel... bare.. and you can mount whatever foam you want to that wheel. Front and rear are, of course, different sizes.

The larger tank is (for now) a aftermarket fix. See the 11th page of this thread.

Haven't heard of a centax type clutch that fits this car.
