Try sending Ivan an email directly. [email protected]

Just completed my order yesterday and they had all the parts and the kit.

For the record, Ivan has been VERY helpful and a real pleasure to deal with!!

The motor is the same as the Mini Inferno... .09 with the green head. You can replace it in the US.

Ditto with the Ivan is a pleasure to deal with comment.

Thanks guys, but im really just doing my job. I enjoy helping out us English speakers. Before i started working at the shop we only sold overseas to Japanese who lived in America or Australia.
I know it kinda of a pain to get stuff in the States. And of course the Spada isnt there. But with EMS and Paypal i can usally get parts to the states fast. It is also nice just going to Kyosho and picking up stuff in a emergency if i have to.
But enough work talk as i only have one day a week off and i need to relax a bit. Thanks again

Good point ...the Spada I saw from pictures taken at that fair was all Carbon Fibre and bling ....what happened? One of the reasons why I wanted the car was that it looks like a Racers car should ....and would have looked at home next to my V-One RRR and MTX4R. As it is now ...it looks more RTR than kit. Are the carbon fibre bits hop ups? Or will there be a "Spada 09 RRR" one of these days?

The car is cheaper than the average touring car anb out of the box holds it own with any other box stock car. Being that the Spada is pretty new there are alot of different things yet to be explored. The Braces on the front looks like a pretty good idea to me and i think i will be using that along with routing my fuel line under the top deck.

Hi Bakaguyjean,

Just wondering, where is the "Kyosho circut"? Is it the Boss Speed track?

The Kyosho circut is in Atsugi-City, About 20 minutes from Boss Speed if you know some back roads. It is only 500 Yen to run and can susport 1/10th cars awell as super ten size. 1/8th are to big for the Kyosho circut.
Do you live in Japan?

I live in US, I just got a Kyosho RRR EVO WC kit and like to plan my next vacation a rc trip to Japan.

BTW, do you know anything about the Tamiya home track like the location and fees? I can't seem to find any info.

I set one of my 1/12th electric bodies (speed 8) on the chassis... the Spada is wider... from what I remember about an 1/8th inch on each side. Part of the tires were outside the body. I will measure it tonight. That is why I just ordered another body from Japan.

The Tamiya circut is in Shizouka and its is 1 yen to drive there but that only Tamiya cars are aloud, i forget what time the circut opens but it closes pretty early at 5:00 at night. But of course there is an on road circut and a off road circut in the same place. I havent been to the Nitro circut but i imagine its about the same.
Tamiya is about a two hour drive for me from Atsugi if traffic isnt bad. Both the Kyosho and Tamiya 1st circut are pretty nice. But the Tamiya 1st is only electric and the Kysoho is pretty much Nitro. You can run electric cars there but it isnt encouraged.

First Race... Would have given the car away during and after the first two qualifiers... but wait... there was the main. I reset the needle (for me 2 5/8's out works best... 83F 4200' altitude) and the car came alive. Speed, shifting started to happen like it did when I tested it last week. The motor lean sputters at 3 1/2 to 4 minutes... I would stop and my son would refill the tank and off it ran. We need to find a five minute tank... or eight... Car turns in well and really has good drive even though the chassis encourages hopping.... Great Fun... and No... I won't be giving this car away... or selling it for that matter.
