hi guys...

can i expect more steering ( ability to turn faster & tighter at medium speed corner ) by increasing the height of front upper arms ?

( in mtx4 and mrx4, i'm talking of adding 1mm shims or 2mm shims underneath the upper arm bulkhead ).

Thank you guys

i have 2mm shims instead of 1mm stock. Lowers front roll centre which gives you initial turn in at medium to high speed.
The track is smooth and i wouldn't think it would work on bumpy tracks

Ya... but I don't need faster initial steering response.

I need more steering in middle of cornering ( less push ).

I hope you understand now.

Default Middle shaft and pulleys (1st axle from front)

Hi!

I try get point from manual of mtx-4 but I can't find how many T each one pulley have
From manual: T029E and T029A, at rcmart I found that 3racing do 23T and 18T,
but maybe I can use mugen sets.

From manual I got that axle is 6mm dia, so for me it is ok.

I'm looking for pulleys with screw, 23T and 18T for my kyosho RRR, I do little
modification for middle shaft. Mod is for novarossi .12 with roto. I think
that tooth from kyosho belt fit mtx pulley.

I have nice axle from 7065-t6 but have problems with hole for pins, so,
maybe I can use mugen pulleys with screw

Please forgive my Englis

Thank you,
m.

tired http://www.pro-s-futaba.co.jp/home/ - always got plenty stock and very fast service!

Also below is my final car complete - simple virgin white with a bit of added colour to the wing "YES" Pink!

I have given the car about 6 tanks so she well running but still running it a tab rich as its Winter season and our track time has been limited due to poor weather... hopefully this week we can race, its been over 6 weeks and no racing rrrrrrrrrrhhhhh

Enjoy the photos guys

The only thing I've seen that really cures this is the short kawahara upper arm mounts.

what front uprights are you running? the 138 has that problem bad, the 138b has more initialo it's bad too, the 164 is the best.

I guess the 138.... I'm still using the original mtx4 ( first edition ).

Btw, if I increase the height of upper arms, can I expect more steering from it ?

Thanks.
