I bought a bunch from Pro Shop Futaba. Just send them an email and tell them what you want and they'll ship it quick. They're really nice people and they have all the hard to find stuff. I don't have any pics though, sorry.

mad engrish. i love translating the jap sites...

Just thought I'd say hi guys, I've just read all 18 pages of mtx4r goodness and have picked up a few decent tips. I finished building my 4R 2 weeks ago and have ran it once at the track to break in my new CRF .12. So far the car seems great compared to my r40 but my clutch was nowhere near as progressive with my first attempt at set up. I have since ordered the yellow clutch shoe and CRF square spring to address this, but I believe my clutch gap was a little large also which would contribute to the agressive action.

I was interested to read what hop ups you guys are using. For now I'm going to stick with the 3mm chassis seems to work well on our track (Moorebank, AU), but I have ordered the kawahara one piece engine mount and CF rear brace to protect my spurs

I also noticed a few pages back someone with a DNA 3 body, how do they go? I've painted one up (I'll post photos of my car soon) but have yet to try it on the track, I'm hoping it's at least as good as the stratus

I need to take my car one a DIET. It pushes the scale to 1818g (with personal transponder) at this stage. So I can almost loose a 100g on the car.

What are a couple of big weight savers that you can recommend?

Depending on what brake disk you are using the P-Dub fiberglass disk weighs 3 grams and the Mugen 1 piece option disk weighs 14.

it would be great to get the fiberglass disk brake from p-dub but they dont currently have them available. If anyone has a new one that they are willing to part with, pm me and i'd gladly buy one.
